CA Exam is the Chartered Accountancy Exam conducted by ICAI and which is of three levels.

The first level is of CA Foundation. The second level is CA Intermediate and the third level is CA final. After clearing all the three levels people get certified as “Chartered Accountant “.

The exam structure of the CA Exam is that you need to firstly register with ICAI and apply for the foundation exam. After clearing the Foundation exam apply for the intermediate exam and after the exam apply for the IIT course and orientation course organized by ICAI and after clearing of intermediate exam apply for the article ship and after finishing of 3 years of article ship one can apply for CA Final exam.

So coming to the article ship part . The article ship is of three years which is mandatory after intermediate. So the CA students have to do their article ship with the certified practicing

The detailed subject description of CA exam is as follows:

CA Foundation –

Section A – Business Law (60 marks)

Section B – Business Correspondence and reporting (40 marks)

Part – A: Business Mathematics (40 marks)

Part – B: Logical Reasoning (20 marks)

Part – C: Statistics (40 marks)

CA Intermediate –

Group – I

Paper 1: Accounting

Paper 2: Business Laws, Ethics and communication. .

Paper 3: Cost Accounting. Paper 7: Information Technology & Strategic management.

Paper 4: Taxation. Paper 8: Financial Management.

Group – II

Paper 5: Advanced Accounting

Paper 6: Auditing

Paper 7: Information Technology & Strategic management.

Paper 8: Financial Management.

CA Final –

Paper 1: Financial Reporting.

Paper 2: Strategic Financial Management. .

Paper 3: Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics.

Paper 4: Corporate and economic laws.

Paper 5: Strategic cost Management and performance Evaluation

Paper 6A: Risk Management

Paper 6B: Financial Services &capital markets.

Paper 7: Strategic management.

The fees structure of CA Exams if as follows:

CA foundation

Registration and exam fees – Rs10900/-

CA Intermediate

Single group-> Exam fees 1500 Registration Fees 11000 Practical Training fees 6500 + 7000

Both Group-> Exam fees 2700 Registration Fees 15000 Practical Training fees 6500 + 7000 (ICITSS)

CA Final

Registration Fees 22000

Single group-> Exam fees 1800 Practical Training fees 7000 + 7500

Both Group-> Exam fees 3300 Practical Training fees 7000 + 7500 (ICITSS)
