A Ph.D. in Insurance Management and MBA (Operations & Finance) from IMT Ghaziabad, she has published extensively in Scopus and ABDC-listed journals, authored a book on Quality Management, and holds patents in AI-driven systems. Rachit Agarwal is a Certified Financial Data Analyst from IIM Kashipur and an accomplished trainer in financial modelling and technical analysis with over eight years of experience. He has conducted numerous workshops on financial modelling, academic research, and quantitative data analysis using tools such as Power BI, Excel, E-Views, SPSS, and Smart PLS. In addition to his training expertise, he serves as a Research Advisory Board Member at the M.S.S. Research Centre, Hyderabad.

His research interests span financial analysis, investment behavior, and behavioral finance, with a strong focus on understanding decision-making patterns in financial markets.
